Obituary

Norrine Fisher, 86, of Morehead City and formerly of Smyrna, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at the Crystal Coast Hospice House.

Her graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 4th at Carteret Memorial Gardens.
