Kelli Ann Johnson

Kelli Ann Johnson, 59, of Emerald Isle, passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021, at Carteret Health Care.

A celebration of life will be set at a later date.

Kelli was born on December 11, 1961, in Gastonia, N.C. She was a graduate of UNC Greensboro with a Bachelor’s in Business. Kelli worked at the K.S.J. Accounting Firm. She loved crafting and her animals were precious to her. A loving wife for 35 years and a wonderful mother too. She was proud of her Native American Cherokee heritage. Kelli will be remembered for her loving spirit.

She is survived by her loving husband, Harris Johnson Jr. of the home; daughter Carla Johnson of the home; and her mother Rodney Smith; and sister Tracy Lemmer.

Kelli was preceded in death by her father, Calvin M. Smith.
