Obituary
Jason Hunter Martindale, 40, of Havelock, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at his home.
His service will be planned by the family at a later date.
Jason was born on March 29,1982 at Cherry Point Naval Hospital, to Edwin and Betty Martindale. He loved being outdoors, whether it be hanging out at the beach or fishing. Jason enjoyed a variety of music and most especially spending quality time with his mom and dad. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his loving parents, Edwin and Betty Martindale of the home; sister, Tammy (Jason) Starnes of Havelock; nieces, Stephanie Starnes of Fort Mill, S.C., Kayla LaBarge of Salisbury, N.C., Emily Starnes of Havelock; and nephew Cody LaBarge of Oklahoma.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
