Frank "Win" Quinn III

Frankie “Win” Quinn, III, 25, of  Newport, passed away Friday, April 2, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 18, 2021, at Munden Funeral Home. Friends are welcome to attend the service. For those unable to attend, the family invites you to view the webcasting of the service through his obituary page on Munden Funeral Home’s website. In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home. Additionally, there will be a limit to the number of people in the building at one time, as well, those who attend will be asked to bring and wear a protective mask. Help us honor the family while practicing safe measures. Friends are also encouraged to leave words of comfort to the family through the website.

He is survived by his mother, Janis Johns Quinn of Havelock; father, Frank Quinn, Jr. of Newport; sisters, Ashley Quinn of Newport and Leigh-Anne Johns of Hubert; grandmother, Elizabeth Johns of Swansboro; grandmother, Joann Beitz of Morehead City; step-grandmother, Peggy Quinn of Roanoke Rapids; aunt, Peggy Quinn of Morehead City; aunt and uncle, Nina and David Nuttal; aunt and uncle, Jim and Anne Johns; nephews, Aaron Quinn and Jase Smith; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Edith and Jim Johns; grandparent, Winston Quinn; and step-grandfather, John Beitz.
