Carol Hilliard

Carol Hilliard, 64, of Havelock, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at her home.

There will be a Celebration of Life at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the family home at 107 Ketner Blvd., Havelock, NC.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, that loved her homeland of Scotland. She will be most remembered for her green thumb, beautiful flowers and her love and care for animals.

She is survived by her husband Hewlette Hillard of the home; daughters, Tamara Nicole Crowhurst and husband Andrew of Wikieup, AZ, Jaqueline Nicole Harris of Memphis, TN, Shiona Kathleen Sara Gibson and companion Christopher Wooliever of New Bern; son, Scott Allen Wood Hilliard of Havelock; sisters, Elsie Mary Chittick and Jean Kathleen Neesham; grandchildren, Logan, Claudia, Hailee, Isaac, Kaelah, Tama, and her faithful companion, Bandit.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Thomas Chittick and Ilse Waltraud Chittick; son, Robert Peter Chittick; and brother, Robert Thomas Chittick, II.
