Randy, So sorry for your loss of your mother and now for your dad. Cab always had a smile on his face and was always caring. We have lots of good memories on the Island because of your parents. Praying for peace in your heart knowing that they are in Gods care now.

Randy:

The loss of a loved one, especially a parent, is always difficult to accept and understand. Knowing you Dad is home with the Lord and enjoying His comfort, will ease the pain of those left behind. On behalf of RuthAnn, myself and my family, please accept our deepest sympathy and most sincere condolences.

Cabell Ramsey, as President of the North Carolina Jaycees was one of the first Jaycees that I remember as I started my journey throught the Jaycees and beyond. His enthusiasm and warm spirit of friendship will remain in my memories. His family and friends were blessed.
