Aaron Lehman

Aaron Lehman, 53, of Newport, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at Carteret Health Care.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at Amariah Garner Cemetery, officiated by Edward Berringer.

Aaron started a lifelong career in the grocery business with Town and Country. He later became store manager for several different Food Lion stores in the area. He also enjoyed landscaping for J&S and Ward’s Nursery. Aaron was an outgoing person that enjoyed his work and serving his customers.

He is survived by his brother, Rick Lehman of Newport; stepdaughter, Chelsea Becvar; niece, Samantha Jackson and husband Tyler of Pennsylvania; and nephew, Aaron Lehman of Pennsylvania.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Virginia Lehman and brother, Darrin Lehman.
