So sorry we couldn't make it to see you all but you are in my thoughts and prayers. I'll never forget coming to Harker's Island on our honeymoon and staying at the Motel and being treated royally by Francis and Travis! Always enjoyed going to the house and visiting them in Morehead when we would come to the beach! Even though we haven't kept in good touch over the years, still remember you all fondly as our lives have moved on. Sending all our love.

Jack and I were saddened to hear of your mother's passing. In your hearts you know that she is in a much better place, but that doesn't make it easier today. May you find comfort in knowing that others share your grief. Treasure all of the wonderful memories that you have of your mother and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Mary Francis, I just heard about your Mom. Please know that I have you and your family in my prayers. We spoke often about her being off shore and remember my Grandmother (who passed in June at 102) would be in the fields. They are both at ease and we are so blessed to have had them in our lives.
In my thoughts and prayers...Patti

Mary Frances and family,
Matriarch, grace, loving, smart, sophisticated and the genuine "Southern Belle", are a few words I would use to describe Ms. Frances. I consider it a blessing that I had the honor of her company and friendship in our years at Dee Gee's. The world is truly short a wonderful lady.

As your mom's next door neighbor for several years I want to tell you how she was always so kind to me and my family. I remember as a little boy walking over and watching Travis working on furniture & your mom always keeping an eye out for me and my siblings. She was such a neat person. Dan Chapoton
